  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, LIVING HIVE DESIGN only ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

    Some items require a handling fee which is built into the list price, but noted on the description.

    Some items require shipping via freight.  In order to give our customers the best possible price we quote freight on a per order basis.  Freight charges are billed separately and will include packaging, handling, and shipping fess.  We will contact our customers prior to processing all freight charges.  For items requiring freight it is noted in their descriptions.



  • Sales Tax

  • LIVING HIVE DESIGN charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site that is shipped within New York state.  Tax is based on the current state sales tax rate.

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not please contact us by email info@livinghivedesign.com within 7 days so we can try to resolve the situation.  Items must be returned to LIVING HIVE DESIGN in order to process a refund or store credit.
